Its been an absolute NIGHTMARE dealing with Custom Creation!!!!!! Purchased a 6 Seater Table incl bench and was told the lead time is 6 weeks. Its been 11 weeks and counting . Numerous E-Mails and WhatsApp's sent with no response at all to my mails and only empty promises on WhatsApp from Celeste.
<p>I went to edgars about 2-3 months ago to purchase goods , Once I got to the teller I was asked to sign and confirm to give concent for the additional admin fee . I chose the option to decline and made sure the woman at the teller chose the correct option. The month after, I recieved my statement which included the admin fee which I disagreed to. I went back to edgars and rectified the problem at customer care who said that the problem will be resolved in 24 hours. 2 months later and I still recieve my account including the admin fee I DISAGREED to. This is theft!!!!!!</p>
We purchased a brand new Amarok 2.0TDI from Lindsay Saker Krugersdorp in 2011 and started experiencing a defining vibration in the vehicle travelling in the range of 68-74km/h. The vehicle had 88000km on the ODO meter at that time . We then proceeded to take the vehicle in to the above mentioned dealer even before the 90 000km service as the vibration was of concern . When we took the vehicle in we were told that the fault was our tires ,to be exact we were told that the tires had flat spots on them .<br> <br> My father did not agree with the diagnosis and felt it was ridiculous for us to fit new tires at a cost of R10 000 on our behalf as our existing tires had atleast another 40 000km still to go and the diagnosis was based on an assumption that the \flat Spots\" were the cause of the vibration in the specified speed range.<br> <br> I fitted the vehicle with new tires and rims and this DID NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM! I told VW LS Krugersdorp that it was my propshaft to which the dealer principle ( Alta ) disagreed, according to her sources . I took in the vehicle again to have the propshaft replaced from a demo model for testing which SOLVED the problem . Now VW refuse to pay for the full repair "

Hi <br> <br> I have been sending in complaints to the health club due to their equipment being faulty as well as the hygiene in their bathrooms . A few gym benches are bent , dumbells are falling apart and nearly every machine being used has bolts and nuts falling out or needing to be fastened , certain machines operate with difficulty as a lack of lubrication can be evident . This clearly shows a lack of maintenance which could lead to injury. Regarding the bathrooms, there is always an appalling smell in the showers as if their is a drain leak . I have left complaints on their systems more than once and also wrote in the complaints book . <br> <br> I have received no feedback regarding any of my complaints and no improvements have been made to either the equipment or the bathroom. I have heard similar complaints from other existing members.
