Absolute pathetic service. Ordered an item on Thursday, 2 January 2025 for delivery before 11h00 on Friday, 3 January 2025. On Tuesday, 7 January 2025, item still not delivered. Each time I make an inquiry at iStore, they tell me that their courier "1 Fetch" advised that I requested delivery after 16h00. Why would I request delivery to my office address after business hours? Absolutely pathetic. Same issues each time I order from iStore Online.

I have taken in my Garmin Zumo 396 to their repair center. I was informed that I will receive a replacement quotation via e-mail for acceptance. To date, no quotation received. They dont answer their phones and don's respond to my e-mails. Pathetic customer service.
I have been trying for the past few years to update my residential address with Vodacom. Every time, the agent takes down the information and guarantees me that this will reflect correctly on my new statement and invoice. The invoice has one address whilst the statement has another address (spelled so incorrectly). Very pathetic service. Been a client for more that 20 years. Seriously guys?
On 21 June 2017, The Ombudsman for Short-Term Insurance recommended Guardrisk Insurance to settle my claim. To date, my claim has not been paid.
