I concur with Johan. It appears that I have also been ****med. I bought a geyser from them on 17 Dec 2024 and they promised to deliver in two days. As in Johan's case the were very responsive until payment was made. I placed many calls which was not answered until 6 Jan 2025. As soon as I explained my issue the lady disconnected the call and I could not get through again. I made a trip to both their addresses and one does not exist whilst the other is occupied by another company. I have open a case of ***** with the bank and SAPS and I wish everyone else who has been through this do the same.
I am a private banking client. I am in the bank to fetch a card,which I have had to pay for cos it stooped working,, and am here for an jour already. Nobody seems urgent. They mentioned thst the lines are slow but I can see that the computrts are working fine. When they do work on it theres no waiting between screens like the screen is hung. This is not the first time. Nedbank is pathetic. Listened to Dave Swegman recently about how wonderfully he is doing. BS. Thetes no difference. Maybe sandton and umhlanga is improved.
