PUBLIC WARNING - False promises and pathetic service

PUBLIC WARNING!! Do NOT deal with Marcell from Benoni! He provides the worst customer service, makes mistakes on quotations, blatantly lies to customers and makes false promises about delivery dates. Then he ignores your calls and NEVER gets back to you as he promises! He promised our cupboards will be ready within TWO weeks after payment. It has been THREE weeks now, and he keeps on saying he will get back to us about when we will receive it, but just NEVER phones back. He is rude and unprofessional and has NO customer service s****s!!!!!! If I do not get feedback regarding my cupboards I want my deposit back and the order cancelled!!! It is ridiculous that we now have to wait 3 weeks for something that should have been ready in two weeks!! To top it all - from day one he treated us like ****! He even made mistakes on our quotation! Highly unprofessional unethical service and it reflects badly on your business Cashbuild!!!
