I bought gas today 9 May 2023 and paid R699 for 19 kg exchange. I query the price with the manager James because the price went down R4.00 and he advice me that they sell all their gas bottles that they have in stock at the old price. I will not advice any one to get gas there.Other places charge R565 for 19 kg.

shocking, pathetic service l got from the management team after ordering and paying for my order weeks ago. Do buy from them cause they refuse to refund and you’re forced to take a product that you’re not happy with ( customer bullying)

I have always contended that for a transaction to run smoothly, BOTH parties need to be prepared, and understand the requirements. Many times people complain about a supplier, where in fact, it is within the 'perception, expectation and misunderstandings' that the problem originates. Of late, I have been prepared when I visit a supplier like Manny's, for hardware, and specifically for cabinets. What a pleasure to get it done smoothly and proficiently. Where there has been the need to adjust, their advice has been most welcome and it has saved me money. Thanks guys!

Shocking service, I bought kitchen cupboards there and as the doors were not in stock, although i paid for them was promised a phone call within a week. Three weeks later no phone call went in and spoke to the manager who showed he did not care less, told us to talk to the department after waiting 14 minutes spoke to head of department who implied we were liars as they had phoned, they would not look at my husbands list of missed calls on his phone just said they had phoned, so not even an apology. I was planning to buy a whole new kitchen from them but will never deal with them again

PUBLIC WARNING!! Do NOT deal with Marcell from Benoni! He provides the worst customer service, makes mistakes on quotations, blatantly lies to customers and makes false promises about delivery dates. Then he ignores your calls and NEVER gets back to you as he promises! He promised our cupboards will be ready within TWO weeks after payment. Absolutely pathetic cupboard section!! The people there are clueless, incompetent and don't give a dime about customer service or the fact that you are actually paying for good. Unfortunately I used them to renovate my kitchen. It turned our to become a year long nightmare!! I will never use them again, even if they were the last place on earth! First it took them about 4 months just to get the items on my quote right. Then I allowed myself to be convinced by the salesman that his ideas for my kitchen was actually better than what I told him I wanted. After eventually getting the quote and paying a 50% deposit, I had to wait double the time they promised me for my cupboards. When it was time for delivery, they messed me around again a couple of days, not respecting my time at all and expecting me to sit at home and wait for their delivery day after day! After calling the branch manager, we eventually got our kitchen cupboards delivered. Since we ordered and paid for fully assembled cupboards, we did our own installation ourselves. The wrap doors was wrapped in plastic. During installation we found that the carcasses was of very poor quality. the carcasses wasn't flush with the sides at the bottom, which caused a problem when we wanted to fit our light shields. Some cupboards were incorrect sizes and specs and we had to take it back to the store to have it rectified. Every time this happened, it caused a week or two delay in our renovation. Once we started removing the plastic from the wrap doors, we saw the extreme poor quality doors they supplied. When we called on them about the quality they said that we had to complete the installation and then they will have a look at the quality of the doors. To make a long story short, since they could not improve on the quality of the wrap doors, I had them refund me and ordered my wrap doors from another supplier. Since I paid for fully assembled cupboards, I asked that they come and fit my new drawer fronts to the drawers that was already fitted as they instructed. It is 5 months after they delivered our cupboards and I am still not able to complete my kitchen. We rehang all the new doors ourselves since we waited long enough, but I'm not comfortable to try and fit drawer fronts as I'm not a professional installer. I have asked and nagged for more than a month now to get my drawer fronts fitted. On Monday they eventually committed to fitting it today and that they would be on site at 9 am. Yesterday we called to confirm the appointment. Today is D day, it is midday (12H00) and they are still not here. It is already 3 hours late. When I call the guy on his cellphone, he just does not answer. What more must I do for them to fix the stuff that they *****ed up?? Never ever to business with their cupboard department, because they don't give a damn about their customers of the quality of their products.

Manny's Build-It, Benoni The service is non-existing and the staff is incompotent. Utterly disgusted!!!! I'd rather go somewhere else for my building supplies, maybe pay a little more, but at least I know I get excellent service and the staff is friendly and reliable.
