We went to Food *****s Lanesia with my wife and the cashier was so rude to a point that she didn’t even greet us nor offer us a bag. She was busy chatting to her friend l don’t know whether we were too inferior for her liking. I will never go there ever again.
Poor service from the billing department, been trying to get my roadside assistance billing rectified and no one is willing to help after holding for half an hour l was told that am not on their systems. Are my cars even safe with you fools??
shocking, pathetic service l got from the management team after ordering and paying for my order weeks ago. Do buy from them cause they refuse to refund and you’re forced to take a product that you’re not happy with ( customer bullying)
Engine Sky city Petrol attendant Mpho and his supervisor Molefe needs to go back to training cause the service they gave to me this is not at all engine standard.
This is not the first time l have a meetIng at McDonald’s Braamfontein and get such a shocking service. From manager to staff they all have a very bad attitude am sure they need to be retrained cause McDonald’s or any company for that matter wouldn’t allow such nonsense. This morning l went to Engen City deep and l was helped by a lady called Belinda who gave me an attitude as if l was asking for free Petrol, she never asked me whether l needed oil or Tyre pressure and as l asked for tyre pressure she gave a **** you look as she walked away to put pressure. I use Engen every time, but today your Petrol attendant made ask myself why do l ever use your garage for all my fleet.
Polo fields site officer called my wife a ***** this morning is that acceptable.
Service from their accounts department is pathetic had l known they were like this l wouldn’t have dealt with them at all, you can’t even talk to a manager or they dint even have one
Please change your security service provider my car mirrors were stolen while l had entered the bank and when we asked the guard he said it’s not his duty to look after cars, we spent R5000 to get new mirrors on our car surely FNB you will lose clients cause of your security bad service.
MTN Legal team is helpless and they don’t do their job properly.
