Customer service promises contact within 48 hours, but I am waiting a week later.
Promises to email within 48 hours not kept, when I reached out to customer service they referred me to the same phone number that was not interested in assisting in the 1st place, I have had the card for for over 20 years and it has always been in good standing, but I can't use it online , promises of an email have not been kept.
They refuse to fix my login details and tell me all is well
Discover insure covers both my house and contents, when my geyser started leaking I asked them if it was covered, they said it was, without telling me that i needed photos of bath the old and new geyers to put in a claim. It took their consultants a full week after I had sent the invoice for them to ask for photos. This is just a further delaying tactic.
No delivery of subscibed for newspapers, despite promises. Credit for non deliverd papers disappers off of the account, no explanation given.

I was interested in making an investment with Standard bank, but I had a few questins so phoned the call centre. After holding on for 6.34 minutes I gave up, will look to investing elsewhere
Debit order not being implemented and after 10 days no communication. I have repeatedly requested a statement of account to no avail, I have repeatedly requested acknowledgement of my manual payments to no avail.
The call center and the small business division, after 3 days of requests are refusing to acknowledge receipt of my bond settlement payment, and are deleting my emails without reading them. After being a faithful payer of my bond for 20 years now that it is being settled they don't even acknowledge me.
