I am extremely disappointed with Philip Morris International. I completed a survey after being promised a R350 Takealot voucher as a reward for my time. The survey was completed on 19 January 2026, and I even emailed proof (screenshots) confirming completion. After receiving no response, I followed up again on 24 January 2026 — still no reply and no voucher received. I took time out of my day to participate in this survey in good faith, and the lack of communication and failure to honor the promised incentive is unacceptable. This feels misleading and unprofessional. I would not recommend participating in their surveys if incentives are not going to be honored.
