I am extremely disappointed with Philip Morris International. I completed a survey after being promised a R350 Takealot voucher as a reward for my time. The survey was completed on 19 January 2026, and I even emailed proof (screenshots) confirming completion. After receiving no response, I followed up again on 24 January 2026 — still no reply and no voucher received. I took time out of my day to participate in this survey in good faith, and the lack of communication and failure to honor the promised incentive is unacceptable. This feels misleading and unprofessional. I would not recommend participating in their surveys if incentives are not going to be honored.

Zyn in South Africa is requesting customers to complete a survey and you will receive R350 Take Alot voucher. In fact, I believe this is fails advertising. Once completing the survey Zyn ghosts you and ignores all email.

I've been smoking Marlboro Beyond Blue for many years now I'm having issues 😐 it doesn't pop, I'm going to find an alternative Been phoning PMI leaving messages, emails don't deliver.....I've had enough

Good day please assist with this. I bought a carton of Chesterfield Menthol and most of the cigarettes are empty or most of the tabacco falls out. This is such a waste of money as it's most of the cigarettes. I still have half the carton left. Who do I contact?

I had purchased two packets of Marlboro Red Beyond from a fuel Station in Gauteng, the quality and taste of the pack was of a sub standard quality. I had made contact with the customer services department, was informed that a courier will collect a loose cigarette to verify our claim and to submit for testing. All information that the consultant required was given to him before the collection of the sample yet three days later I was asked to repeat the information. The sample was collected on the 7th of September 23- 3 weeks later and we now have to speak to the customer service's manager who is always too busy to get to hold of. I have been smoking this brand since it launched but now after all the stress of trying to get a replacement I am seriously considering changing my brand purely because of the service. I understand that sometimes mistakes happen and perhaps the box that I bought was old but does it take this long???

I am disgusted that for 2 days I try and contact the south African Branch of Phillip Morris and nobody answers and there is no return call. On Sunday 26 March 2023 @ approx. 15:30 I purchased my normal packet of Marlboro Beyond Red. Take note that I have been an avert customer of Marlboro from the days of the packing being silver with the reflective ball. I am disgusted that I have to find stems in every second cigarette and as a smoker it devalues the quality of smoking. This is a cheap trick that Phillip Morris International has been allowing for a while as this is not the first box I'm experiencing problems with. I have taken images for proof of my complaint. I don't expect to be recompensed for just the one pack. I mean where's my petrol, where's the inconvenience of having to purchase different cigarettes because of this issue. I believe that Phillip Morris International owes a proper apology and recompense to this. When I am contacted make sure to take heed of this request.

I had to give one star but you deserve nothing. I am a Chesterfield smoker for years. From the normal to the soft taste and now the Tuned Aqua. I am disappointed in the product because of the lack of QC that goes into in. Big pieces of Tabaco, coal coming off after every 2 drags. This is pathetic
