I am disgusted that for 2 days I try and contact the south African Branch of Phillip Morris and nobody answers and there is no return call.
On Sunday 26 March 2023 @ approx. 15:30 I purchased my normal packet of Marlboro Beyond Red. Take note that I have been an avert customer of Marlboro from the days of the packing being silver with the reflective ball. I am disgusted that I have to find stems in every second cigarette and as a smoker it devalues the quality of smoking. This is a cheap trick that Phillip Morris International has been allowing for a while as this is not the first box I'm experiencing problems with. I have taken images for proof of my complaint.
I don't expect to be recompensed for just the one pack. I mean where's my petrol, where's the inconvenience of having to purchase different cigarettes because of this issue. I believe that Phillip Morris International owes a proper apology and recompense to this. When I am contacted make sure to take heed of this request.
