Worst service ever I have called them on 4 occasions today to have my fibre connected, on all 4 occasions I was told i would receive a call back from their technical division, my call has not been returned nor issue resolved
I had purchased two packets of Marlboro Red Beyond from a fuel Station in Gauteng, the quality and taste of the pack was of a sub standard quality. I had made contact with the customer services department, was informed that a courier will collect a loose cigarette to verify our claim and to submit for testing. All information that the consultant required was given to him before the collection of the sample yet three days later I was asked to repeat the information. The sample was collected on the 7th of September 23- 3 weeks later and we now have to speak to the customer service's manager who is always too busy to get to hold of. I have been smoking this brand since it launched but now after all the stress of trying to get a replacement I am seriously considering changing my brand purely because of the service. I understand that sometimes mistakes happen and perhaps the box that I bought was old but does it take this long???
Frontline brand of toilet paper - not well priced, actually expensive but one of the worst brands I have ever used...I have messaged your customers services WhatsApp number but have not received a response in 3 days. Poor service and value for money
Poor poor service They don't explain that you will be charged for an inspection. They did not email my service report and invoice after requesting it repeatedly. No follow ups. I had to call to check if the vehicle is ready on the day. They are over priced ,day light robbery just to have brake pads replaced and if i didn't not replace the brake pads with them they would have billed me for an inspection. This was not made clear to me when i had dropped off the vehicle. The inspection and fault was not picked up by the service technician. I had to explain in detail, If that was the case then why charge me for the the inspection and hold me to ransom. Its so simple to verify if it was the brake pads or not. Just check the wear and tear patters and thickness of the pad. They had access to previous service records. Very poor service. I do not recommend them.
