Shocking delivery times. I ordered from Nuvita on the 18 January, and I am still waiting for my parcel. To their credit someone always responds to emails - but the responses make no difference - it's just lip service. According to tracking information, my order has been in a sorting warehouse for the past 2 weeks - without moving. I will never order from them again.
My father was late with his June Payment, as soon as he realised, he made the payment, his email was interrupted but it then resumed and worked normally until the end of August when his account was cancelled. His account is in credit to the extent that he shouldn't have to pay again before March 2026. I have been trying for 10 days to speak to someone to sort it out - without success. Not on their help line nor live chat. They have the WORST customer service of any company I have ever dealt with.
Like so many others, I ordered items from them early this year. They were never delivered. When I queried I got the same old storage of shipping delays and then they stopped responding to emails. Complete ****mers. Avoid at all costs.
