Avoid this crook!
Please be warned and stay away from this handyman and home improvement crook. Initially I thought Dylan Lewis was decent, and he did a few jobs for me. At the beginning of this year, I pre-paid for work (he was battling with cash flow after Covid), only half of which was completed. He also removed a kitchen cabinet to repair the rails and 6 months later has never returned it. Despite many messages and e-mails he has never returned to complete the work or return my property. He is dodging my calls. You simply cannot trust this individual - do yourself a favour and stay clear of him!

MTN fails again
The amount of time wasted trying to get anything out of MTN is appalling. Cannot get my roaming to work; through MULTIPLE different phone calls to their call centre and visit to their Morningside store, I am still unable to get anyone to correctly diagnose the problem, fix the problem or adhere to a promised timeframe. All the agents need training and MTN deserves to lose clients to its competitors.

Beware of this unprofessional piano teacher
I contacted Keri regarding piano lessons for my daughter. We agreed a time and date weeks beforehand. When the time came for the first lesson, Keri never pitched. She ignored all my attempts to contact her and did not return messages. She left us high and dry with no explanation or apology and it took ages for me to find another teacher. Exceptionally unprofessional!!!

PicknPay's online shopping still disappointing
I regularly complete my monthly grocery shop using PnP online shopping platform and I am regularly disappointed by the number of out-of-stock items. Managing stock levels, suppliers, warehousing and distribution is core to PicknPay's business, so how can this still be such an epic fail? I have now run out of patience - I have no time left to still drive around looking for my items (the reason I chose online shopping to start with) and will be switching to Woolies. PicknPay - I hope you are comfortable with loosing a loyal customer who regularly spent in excess of R6/7000 a month with you.<br> Bye bye
