Living in Africa, I've encountered my fair share of subpar service experiences, but nothing could have prepared me for the absolute atrocity that was my dealings with Ciro. After 37 years on this earth, I can confidently say that this was, by far, the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Attempting to work with Ciro was a decision I deeply regret. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customers turned what could have been an ordinary day into an absolute nightmare. From start to finish, the experience was riddled with inefficiency, incompetence, and apathy. The communication was abysmal; it seemed as though they couldn't be bothered to respond to queries promptly, if at all. My attempts to seek resolution for issues were met with indifference, leaving me feeling frustrated and abandoned as a customer. The level of disregard for basic customer needs was astounding. It was evident that they prioritized their own convenience over providing quality service. Any hope of a positive outcome or even a simple acknowledgement of the issues faced were dashed by their dismissive attitude. In all honesty, I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy. If you have a good day, don't risk it by attempting to engage with this company. Save yourself the time, money, and emotional turmoil by steering clear of Ciro. My hope is that this review serves as a warning to others, sparing them from the torment and frustration that I endured. It is my sincere wish that Ciro takes the necessary steps to improve their customer service and treat their clients with the respect and care they rightfully deserve. Take my advice and avoid Ciro at all costs. Your peace of mind and sanity are worth much more than any potential business with this company. There are plenty of other reputable options out there, and I encourage you to explore those instead.
