Last Night on the 17/09/2015 at 18:39pm I bought a milk tart paid R44.99 for a friend of mine's birthday. Only to find the milk tart taste like flour no taste in it at all I'm disappointed at the quality of goods checkers is selling to the consumer I call it poor quality. I do have my slip as prove of payment. I had to through the tart away due to the taste and quality last night.
I made contact with the call centre ON THE 18/08/2015 time: 13:55PM. Ask what plan will cover a procedure. The consultant then put me on hold for a long time I then decided to put the phone down. So I've send a email informing the department of the shoddy service I have been receiving thus far all I received was an acknowledgement that my email was received and a call centre agent will call me. Today is the 19th and I'm still waiting for someone to make contact with me.

I'm so shocked you guys want to give me a gift card of a R100 this makes me furious knowing I was about to purchase the meat standing at the till and saw the hair and both your manager and shop assistant confirmed it's a hair. How dare you people treat me like this. I was nice enough to not make a seen nice enough to not take this to social media and you want to give me a R100 as if you doing me a favour. And please confirm via email if it was a hair in the meat? What was your technicians findings? <br> <br> I'm pretty sure I would've been treated much better if I had taken this to the max. On Saturday the 23rd of May at about 14:15am I came in the Westgate Mall Store to buy goods on my gift card. I was just about to purchase a lamp pack of meat only to find a hair in the meat. I reported my concern to the manager and had him looked at the pack and one of the consultants on the floor as well and he also confirmed its a hair. I'm utterly shocked at the quality and hygiene Woolworths has portrayed. Today is the 27th of May 2015 and no one has even tried to contact me at all. I regret not taking this straight to social media just maybe I would be treated with much respect.
