Outsurance re-rated my policy with a 15% annual increase, and after I complained, they reduced it to a 5% increase. I don't know why it's increased in the first place, my cars are worth less than they were a year ago. After sending me a revised policy, they then decided 3 weeks later to again put up a 15% increase, which makes no sense. Had to call a second time and spend ages on the phone, but got excellent service from Shana who sorted it all out.
After taking out full no excess insurance, they found the most miniscule scratch on a wheel cover... And charged a R570 "admin" fee. Nice little **** they've got going with that. That's the last time I use Woodford. As they say, "Goedkoop is duurkoop"
I contacted them by email, and after several emails, they sent me product sheets and an invoice. I wanted to pay by credit card, but their ordering form to pay via credit card on their website is broken - first warning sign. I then foolishly sent a payment for R 8500 by EFT. After several emails, in which they kept promising that the panels would arrive, I realised that I had been ****med. They don't answer the phone numbers on their website, and cellphones go straight to voicemail. This is a completely *****ulent website. I spoke once to a person who said he was "Allen Coetzee", but he had a Central African French accent. I've now lost my money.
These are the worst crooks on the internet. They take your money, then nothing happens for months. Getting through to them on the phone is impossible - they don't answer. They also don't answer emails. Stay away from them at all costs. They sent half my order, which was incomplete, and then claimed that I had received it all. Been waiting 3 months.
