Good day, I hate to complain but I am tired of being billed and begging for my ADT Account to be closed because I cannot afford it. Since last year I have had trouble trying to close my account and get refunded for services I haven't used. I have spoken to and emailed ADT and have phoned, but nothing has been done. Please assist if possible? Thank you!
My father is a victim of DirectAxis scam. They him a mail with all DirectAxis logos, address even DirectAxis advert photo. Also a perfect copy of a DirectAxis application form which was filled in for a loan. Three days later he received a mail with all DirectAxis logos etc stating the loan is approved and there was a legal fee to pay which he did. This was paid into a Capitec Bank account. A day or two later he received another document with a well known insurance broker logo, requesting him to take out an insurance in case he deferred on payment and once the loan was paid he would receive the money back with interest. He did this also to a Capitec account. Soon he received a letter telling me to pay another amount before the money was released, he then realised this was a scam. And then contacted DirectAxis with not much luck or assistance. After laying a criminal charge of fraud at the SAPS sent all the detail to DirectAxis froud section all he got back wasn't worth the mail it was typed on. Absa bank was the only assistance received and they contacted Capitec to inform them they had scam accounts. Capitec informed them all the accounts were empty. Then today to crown it all he received a mail once again from DirectAxis offering a loan again. How stupid do they think my father is? Everything was exactly the same as the first time. He feels very let down by all when and was just trying to get some relief after this bad lockdown for staff and himself. The fraud line for Direct Axis doesn't even allow you to report fraud unless you have a loan or waiting for approval.
I understand that the Board of Medical Aids has all agreed to not giving any clients a premium holiday because of the COVID-19 pandemic, but I am not working, not since April 2020. My employer has closed until is allowed to re-open, but there is no income and no one is working. I have applied twice for a premium holiday, as I cannot afford the premiums any more. No one seems to care regarding my application... therefore I am on my knees begging Medihelp that I can either go on the premium holiday or if the penalties can be dropped because I cannot afford it. I'll even resend all the documents, statements and such. I beg for mercy as I still have three children to clothe and feed... please help me?
Good day, On 23rd April 2020 I emailed Medihelp for a premium holiday and was denied, even though I completed the form and sent in the required documents. Then again I sent through a premium holiday request on the 29th July 2020 and was again denied. Unfortunately under the current circumstances due to COVID-19, my employer has been forced to close and put all employees on UIF until further notice, Now I have requested a premium holiday and sent through all required documents and have been denied, I have too explained that I have no money, no salary and am living off of the donations from the neighbors and friends. I cannot pay any money for July's premium or now for August that I am being charged with. Please could I ask for some kindness and understanding? Please I beg of you to find it in your hearts to see my dilemma and grant me what I am asking? I have three hungry children to feed and take care of... Please I beg of you to help me?
I was a member of Medihelp and I went onto a different medical aid, now that I want to re-join Medihelp, even after sending and re-sending previous medical aid membership certificates, Medihelp New Business is still delaying the process of my family and I joining Medihelp. Can someone please help me? Even my broker is frustrated at this dilemma caused by the New Business department of Medihelp. We have sent through all requested and required information. Please advise what further action must be done for my family and I to be accepted back onto Medihelp please?
I love Absa, I have been with them for many years and they treat me like family. I have never ever had a problem with Absa, and they are always happy to help me out. It is only one little thing I'm after that I need help with, and I would greatly appreciate it if Absa could please be so kind and send me a Statement of my Absa Loan as taken out in December 2018? I have sent requests to the email addresses given on the website ********** and ********** although my query is answered, it is unfortunately not the answer I need. <p>I have been with Admed Guardrisk for a long time now and they have only ever paid one claim that I have requested payment for. One. Lately they have given me really poor excuses that they cannot make payment to my claims because I am not a policy holder of Admed.</p> <p>Meanwhile the proof is in the Policy I have with them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Recently I have sent in two (2) claims, one being for dentistry work done done by Dr Proxenos, and the other most recent for Blood tests done by Dr Vermaak. And Admed refuses to pay for either one.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would NEVER EVER recommend Admed Guardrisk because of the awful, terrible and extremely poor service rendered by them.</p>
<p>I was unfortunately scammed by Yvette Brits and Freddie Badenhorst.</p> <p>On the Facebook page 'Pretoria East and Centurion Advertising Public Group' they posted an adverti*****t for 'Promotional' Wendy Houses and I asked if there were any available and they contacted me via email saying that there was a 2.4 x 3m Wendy house available, and that I must pay a 50% deposit and the other 50% on delivery for Saturday 27 May 2017 at 09:00am.</p> <p> </p> <p>The deliery of the Wendy house never transpired and I sent smses, tried to call and sent emails to Yvette Brits on her cellphone number ********** and Freddie Badenhorst/Yvette Brits email address ********** and have had no responses from either contacts.</p> <p> </p> <p>Unfortunately it seems I have been scammed as the page on Facebook no longer exists, the cellphone number doesnt do anything and no replies via email to mine.</p> <p> </p> <p>I hope this will help anyone who has also been scammed by them :( </p>
<p>On the 3rd February I paid for a Registered Letter to be sent to my bereaved friend in Roodepoort using tracking number RC ********** 63ZA and still to this day (17/02) it can only be traced to the Ruimsig Post office (last scanned on the 10/02)</p> <p>Neither the Call Centre, Ruimsig Post office or the Selcourt Post office can be reached telphonically and it is EXTREMELY frustrating!!</p> <p> </p> <p>PLEASE find out for me where the Registered Letter is??</p> <p>I would really appreciate it</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p> <p>Michelle</p>
