Ordered a watch online as a present on the 10th of December, confirmed my order by calling them the day afterwards. 7 Days later when I was supposed to receive my order according to their website, I get an email stating they have no stock. Tried calling, no answer. Drove to their address listed on google maps, they are not located there. Very poor experience. This is all happening 2 days before they apparently close for the holidays.
