Stay Away!!! Requested pricing on equipment. As soon as I was quoted and payment spoken of I requested payment on delivery or payment on collection. I was blocked on the whatsapp channel. The business address is not ligit, site is shady, zero guarantees that you would actually get your order.
Short version... After almost a decade of being a g-shock customer I'm switching over to Garmin. The simple reason for this is that the cost of replacement parts have become outrageously expensive. Casio also no longer sells parts directly to the public. Instead you need to send your watch to a repair center to further get financially reamed post purchase. I considered purchasing the G-squad solar, but after considering the cost of parts, specifically the bands and bezel of which the cost cost of parts equates to roughly between 15 and 20% of the purchase price of the watch, I just had enough of being violated without the curtesy of lube. My first g-shock had a new bands and bezel replacement price tag of 40% on the purchase price of the watch. Seriously! I though I bought in my opinion an exceptional piece of tech, not ridiculously expensive plastic. It seems casio has embarked on a mission to make the acquisition of parts for either repair or customization so intensely unbearable that long time customers would rather fork out more money and part with watches that there is nothing wrong with than suffer the indignity of begging for parts for the expensive options or simply sell off the old **** and move on to competitors that will sell you parts for a fraction of the original cost with, what seems to be, an endless supply of parts and boundless array of options. Surely casio would be able to sell more watches if whomever is in charge of strategy didn't have head up own sphincter. Sure, Ferrari doesn't sell parts to backyard mechanics, but then again a casio isn't a Rolex...
