Pathetic Santam Insurance
Pathetic, ********* and delay tactics in resolving a simple claim. After being told that my claim would be paid 2 weeks later still nothing. I really thought Santam will be professional in dealing with claim but far from it. Stay away from them

Watch out for this business,same guys that was Shanken security solutions. The left my job halfway,still have their ladder as the were going to return the next day, 3 weeks later still no sign and no returning or answering my calls. Poor work and lies,lies. Avoid them !!!

Paid our deposit waited more than a month for feedback,after requesting our deposit back they finally came with the garage door only to do a half job and promising to return the following day...2 weeks later after numerous phone calls found out that the business closed down. Cut my losses and got another installer to finish the job.
