Excellent customer care and refund policy
Purchased some body parts from Exotic auto accessories unfortunatley the stock was finished.....what I am happy about is the customer care that I got, its second to non.In less than a day I got my refund.I am looking forward to purchasing my car body parts from these guys as soon as they have them.

MAKRO RETURNS
I purchased a foil shaver from Makro and had to return it because it was faulty. My return was approved on the 11th of September and I was informed that I would be refunded within 7 working days. Its now been more than a month and up to now I have not received my refund.When I inquire all I am told is that we are waiting feedback from the finance department. Even though I had seen negative reveiws about Makro I assumed these were once off incidents.It now appears that this is the common trend with Makro.My advise stay away from Makro especially during black Friday and the festive season .Takealot and Game will offer a much better online experience.

HELLO PAISA FRAUDULENT APP
Last week Wednesday the 11th of May I paid hellopaisa R2051.25through my fnb app and I did not get the sms with the pin.I called customer care they told me to send proof of payment which I did .They told me it will take 24-48 hours for the payment to update on their system. Here we are it's Wednesday today (a week after the payment).No response as to when I will get my refund.This amounts to FRAUD.This app will cost you money and time stay away from it.
