<p>we ordered food through the Mc Donald delivery service. Upon delivery, they did not deliver our complete order. The driver said he will go fetch what they did not pack, after 30min i phones the customer service to find out what is happening. She phoned tge McDonalds, came back to me and said i should wait another 10min then our order will be there. The rest of the food is cold and all they can say is sorry. This is discusting service. I will never use this service again and will make sure tell others!!!</p>
<p>Two weeks ago I went to the Gynae for my annual check-up. She referred me to have a MRI scan. Because I only joined a month ago they doing an investigation (which is fine). The problem is that they waited for my GP information BUT NO ONE phoned me to ask me for that information. I have been phoning them numerous times and all they say is that they busy with the investigation. How long does it take?? I am very disappointed in the way they handling this matter. There is no urgency for them but just too happy to take your money every month!!!</p>
<p>My husband's company booked a fishing charter for the 3rd of October 2016. Due to the weather the fishing was canceled by the captain. They told my husband they will refund them however, my husband is still waiting for the refund and when my husband contact the charter they ignore the calls and emails. We have been waiting almost a month now for a refund!!</p>
I have canceled my membership with Planet Fitness in the beginning of July and paid the outstanding amount expected. After being assured that no money will be deduted for August (because i cancelled my membership),money got deducted yesterday!!! We had the same problem with my husband's membership as well and it took 3 months to sort it out!! This is unacceptable and I hope mine will be sorted out VERY quickly!!!!!!
My husband has cancelled his gym membership with Planet Fitness 3 months ago however, they STILL deduct money from his account. When we call them they say they will cancel it again and the money will be refunded to us. We are on the 3rd month now and they still haven't cancelled it, even though they send us confirmation of cancelation. What must we do to cancel the membership and get our money back???
