I was a client of Wifibre for many years. Their wifi offering is good and we rarely had an issue, but it seems like the back office is in disarray. Apart from being booted off their hard line wifi service with less than 4 days notice, I have been waiting and repeatedly enquiring about a unrelated refund for a month. I am continuously ignored. I believe in supporting the local guy, but then the service must be on par too. Wifibre, where are you???

In my experience, the benefits offered by Sizwe are good and everything is fine whilst accounts run smoothly, but as soon as an issue arises you have a BIG problem. I have been waiting FIVE months for a correction on a short payment. The administrators and Sizwe themselves seem to think that is acceptable to ignore queries. No idea of customer service. I cannot recommend them to anyone for that reason. I wonder if there is even one person there that cares about clients?
