I won’t suggest anyone to use this service provider as they don’t communicate with their clients. We have been without internet since Friday 14th July 2023 and still no internet they are giving excuses and not resolving the problem at hand. They don’t understand that our companies are standing still because of their incompetence.

This must be the worst internet provider in South Africa . There is zero customer service .In December i requested my internet speed to be increased and within minutes I got helped I paid them via EFT thinking that they will not debit since I paid , 2 days later they debited my account .It has been 5 months asking them to check my double payment .They keep saying they will get back to me regarding this . If my complex didn't have contract with them I would of cancelled months ago . This is a disgrace !!

This must be the worst internet provider in South Africa . I was a client of Wifibre for many years. Their wifi offering is good and we rarely had an issue, but it seems like the back office is in disarray. Apart from being booted off their hard line wifi service with less than 4 days notice, I have been waiting and repeatedly enquiring about a unrelated refund for a month. I am continuously ignored. I believe in supporting the local guy, but then the service must be on par too. Wifibre, where are you???

I have to say that WiFibre might easily be the worst service provider in the country. I am not talking about ISP but service provider in general. Last month, they decided to double debit my account. I pick it up and flag it with them and I have been running for almost a month from pillar to post as there is no one who can give me an answer as to why and when I would get refunded. When I finally get a response, apparently my account which they run a debit order on is in arrears. I have now concluded that they fraudulently double debited my account to make up for their mistake. Coincidentally, their agreement with Vumatel also ended last month and they no longer have me as a client and I would suggest that everyone avoids being their client at all costs.

I have to say that WiFibre might easily be the worst service provider in the country. I am not talking about ISP but service provider in general. Last month, they decided to double debit my account. Wifibre and the company that laid our fibre line for whatever reason decided to part ways at the end of March 2021, we received an sms from the company that laid the lines a day or two before this to tell us to check our mails for an email from our provider, i.e. Wifibre. We did not receive any communication from Wifibre. None the less, when we arrived home on the 31 March we had no internet, after speaking to a consultant and realizing that we had been cut off I managed to make a plan with another company and we were up an running the next day. However, I had already paid for the upcoming month and am now still begging for my refund. I get very little feedback via email and no one in the accounts department or on the management team is contactable via telephone. This is incredibly frustrating as I have had to pay the new service provider to get us up and running again and have not been refunded from Wifibre. Absolutely shocking that such little care is given.

I received an SMS on 30 March 2021 from the fibre network that laid the fibre cables in my area stating that there is an important email from my ISP (WiFibre) - There was no email from WiFibre. I then received an email from the same fibre network on 31 March 2021 stating that WiFibre will not be able to service me any more. So in short, there were no communications from WiFibre to inform their customers that they cannot be their ISP anymore - and this did not happen to me only, I know I few people that also experienced this. This is appalling and unprofessional. I had no internet connection at home for several days because of the ignorance from WiFibre's side. It's funny how you as a client need to give 30 days notice to cancel a service but this unprofessional company can just drop their customers like this without any communication. I would not recommend this ISP.

I then received an email from the same fibre network on 31 March 2021 stating that WiFibre will not be able to service me any more. This is appalling and unprofessional. I had no internet connection at home for several days because of the ignorance from WiFibre's side. It's funny how you as a client need to give 30 days notice to cancel a service but this unprofessional company can just drop their customers like this without any communication. I would not recommend this ISP.

This is the worst internet service provider ever..!!! I never get my money’s worth with this company. More than half of the time I am without internet and whenever I report I rarely get a response from them. They’re very quick to send their invoices though but very slow to render service, that’s if they ever do. Worst internet service provider.
