I received an SMS on 30 March 2021 from the fibre network that laid the fibre cables in my area stating that there is an important email from my ISP (WiFibre) - There was no email from WiFibre. I then received an email from the same fibre network on 31 March 2021 stating that WiFibre will not be able to service me any more. So in short, there were no communications from WiFibre to inform their customers that they cannot be their ISP anymore - and this did not happen to me only, I know I few people that also experienced this. This is appalling and unprofessional. I had no internet connection at home for several days because of the ignorance from WiFibre's side. It's funny how you as a client need to give 30 days notice to cancel a service but this unprofessional company can just drop their customers like this without any communication. I would not recommend this ISP.
Worst courier company EVER. I placed an order through an online shop and their courier service is Dawn Wing. I did not receive any communication regarding my parcel will be delivered on x date. I was not at home on the day it was supposed to be delivered, I received an SMS stating that the driver is outside my premises and is awaiting instructions, it was too late to reply so I called the call centre for assistance - This was on 23 Oct 2020. Tuesday, 27 October, a call centre agent from Dawn Wing called to confirm my address and informed me that my parcel will arrive the following day (28 Oct), I was at the indicated shipping address and did not receive the parcel. Today (29 Oct), I decided to check their online tracking portal to see what is going on with my parcel, only to see an update 5min ago stating "Not at home". I called the call centre and informed them that I was indeed here and waiting and insisted that the driver turn around, the call centre agent informed me that she would do so. 4 HOURS LATER and waiting at the front window in view of the gate I called the call centre AGAIN to find out where the driver is, only to be told that my parcel is back at their office in some "trouble parcel department". I told the agent that this is unacceptable and that Dawn Wing should deliver my parcel today, no excuses. I even went as far as complaining on their Facebook page and received a reply asking for my waybill number and you guessed it, nothing has been done, no phone call, no parcel. Their tracking portal shows that the parcel was attempted to be delivered a few times but "I was not home" which is absolute rubbish. Where are the SMSes like the first one informing me that the driver is outside? I did not once hear a hooter at the gate, is everyone expected to sit at their gate and wait for their parcel? Dawn Wing, your services is absolutely appalling. Do something about it.
