This must be the worst internet provider in South Africa . There is zero customer service .In December i requested my internet speed to be increased and within minutes I got helped I paid them via EFT thinking that they will not debit since I paid , 2 days later they debited my account .It has been 5 months asking them to check my double payment .They keep saying they will get back to me regarding this . If my complex didn't have contract with them I would of cancelled months ago . This is a disgrace !!
