wannabe credit bureau
this company does not have correct report their score is very different from other credit bureaus and should not be supported , I paid for credit report to see what is on their report and totally disgusted with their misinformation .

Bad customer service !!
This must be the worst internet provider in South Africa . There is zero customer service .In December i requested my internet speed to be increased and within minutes I got helped I paid them via EFT thinking that they will not debit since I paid , 2 days later they debited my account .It has been 5 months asking them to check my double payment .They keep saying they will get back to me regarding this . If my complex didn't have contract with them I would of cancelled months ago . This is a disgrace !!

Terrible service
Terrible service !!!! I ordered product waited over 2 months no product has been received and they said they will refund me have been waiting over month now for my refund .No refund yet , you cannot contact them they have email with automatic response don't buy from this company have seen many people writing reviews saying they haven't received their refund also .
