I have to say that WiFibre might easily be the worst service provider in the country. I am not talking about ISP but service provider in general.
Last month, they decided to double debit my account. I pick it up and flag it with them and I have been running for almost a month from pillar to post as there is no one who can give me an answer as to why and when I would get refunded. When I finally get a response, apparently my account which they run a debit order on is in arrears.
I have now concluded that they fraudulently double debited my account to make up for their mistake. Coincidentally, their agreement with Vumatel also ended last month and they no longer have me as a client and I would suggest that everyone avoids being their client at all costs.
