I was a client of Wifibre for many years. Their wifi offering is good and we rarely had an issue, but it seems like the back office is in disarray. Apart from being booted off their hard line wifi service with less than 4 days notice, I have been waiting and repeatedly enquiring about a unrelated refund for a month. I am continuously ignored.
I believe in supporting the local guy, but then the service must be on par too.
Wifibre, where are you???
