I received an SMS on 30 March 2021 from the fibre network that laid the fibre cables in my area stating that there is an important email from my ISP (WiFibre) - There was no email from WiFibre. I then received an email from the same fibre network on 31 March 2021 stating that WiFibre will not be able to service me any more. So in short, there were no communications from WiFibre to inform their customers that they cannot be their ISP anymore - and this did not happen to me only, I know I few people that also experienced this. This is appalling and unprofessional. I had no internet connection at home for several days because of the ignorance from WiFibre's side. It's funny how you as a client need to give 30 days notice to cancel a service but this unprofessional company can just drop their customers like this without any communication. I would not recommend this ISP.
