Bad debt that I dont have has been purchased by this company. They have no telehpone numbers that they answer but are more than happy to place effect your credit record or send paymnet links. 100% *****uelent. Currently reporting them to National Financial Ombud Scheme.

Good luck getting in touch
Account handed over even though it’s been paid off months ago. I have been, for 3 weeks, trying to make contact but no one picks up at all. If I do get through, I get put in a queue and then when I am 1 in the queue it says they are busy and they will call me back. Total call time is 3 minutes, not as if I was on for long at all.

Absolutely rubbish - do not use. They were quick to return my enquiry and discuss a decreased payment amount but in 45 days they have not sent me an agreement, payment plan or anything other than getting me to setup a debt order for them. I have on many, so many occasions mailed and called to get feedback and have had zero feedback to date. I did unfortunately get feedback from current debtors saying that no agreement had been reached with them. I notified Debtline via phone and email still no feed back. In 45 days I have yet to hear from a councillor or anyone at all regarding any agreement with them.. Now my bank accounts have been frozen and I am worse off. And, because they kindly notified everyone I have no way of getting a small bridging loan and now find myself living my worst nightmare. Debtline, i hope you are proud of yourselves and sleep well at night.
