Hi, i am having a terrible time with fnb customer service. I had a incoming international payment that i have been receiving for the last 18 months, this month they reject it because the name on the payment was my personal name and not the business one, although it was like that from day 1 but thats fine, so i am currently not in South Africa and i chatted to them on their secure app, where i upload the photo of the payment to het some answers and the app keeps on crashing but thats besides the point they just said they can help me because of the name, which is fair. So the client made a new payment and i waited couple of days and nothing, i contacted fnb again and they just told me i need to call in or email them to release the payment, they did send me an email to release it but i havent received the email. I checked everywhere in my mail box and span and when i told them to just resend it they just said i cant and i need to email them. I told them this not right, i have to sit without money because their email sending functionality failed, why do i have to pay the consequences for their stuff not working. Its my livelihood you are deciding for me. They didnt event care just closed the chat not even responding to my complaint. So i emailed them probably will get response in two days and hopefully will release the money asap.
Horrible service from this company would not recommend them to anyone. They sent me an sms with an outstanding amount of money i need to pay through the ozow platform. Which i did by the way they dont tell you what to use as a reference so i used my id number. Then couple of days after i got a sms that says they have given me over to the credit bureaus, i mean they didnt even call me to find out if there is a misunderstanding or if something is wrong they just gave me over to the bureaus. This will affect everything i want to do with my credit score just because they dont have a system in place. Then i called then to explain and all the guy can tell me is, its not showing on their side sorry he will send me the statement. Didnt even give me the opportunity to send proof of payment or anything. I mean is this how you treat your customers ? Looks like sometimes the more affordable option is not always the best.
My boyfriend bought me a pair of knotted rings at House of Kallie, but unfortunately it was to small so I emailed then a query of exchanging the rings for bigger ones(no response) then my boyfriend emailed then and still no response. I refuse to buy another pair of rings.
Hi, i opened up a Capitec bank account to save money for decm and paid in quite some money, Just as my Girl friend wants to go draw some money on the card it says i have exceeded my limit. I told the lady when i set up my account that there must be no limit and she kept on trying to convince me that we must put up a limit its safe and i told her again I WANT NO LIMIT. So today my Girlfriend went to draw R180 and it said i have a limit!!!! this is unacceptable, i am in Durban i cant go to the branch cause the card is with her. SO i called the call centre and they can do nothing over the phone not even registering me for cellphone banking. I have learned my lesson i guess it is cheap stuff is to good to be true! here we come FNB!
I have tried calling telkom since yesterday everytime holding on the phone far more than 15 minutes and its getting ridicolous , i want to get a new adsl line. but there sales does not even want to take the call how long will i wait for them to install the lines. I also submitted on the website for them to call me back no luck. i dont know what to do.
I bought Bradford shoes from edgars somewhere in November , I did not use the shoes after 12th of Dec till the 12 th of Jan 2015.On the 10/02/2015 i have discovered that the shoes are completely cracked on the sole completely open both shoes, i took it the same day to edgars and the manager on the floor responded he cant take it back as it was me that walked it like that , so he was telling me that i walked R400 shoes completely cracked open in 2 months ? He took me to his line manager she said she will contact the supplier to find out if there is any other quality issues and they took pictures of the shoes and floor manager told me that he will contact me the next day. I haven't heard from them since . It is as if they just said they will to get me to leave but i see that as very bad service from them.
