Absolutely shocking service, went from bad to beyond zero. Stay away.
Highly recommend Weelee! Selling my mother's companion car of 20 years was quite heart-wrenching, but it couldn't have been any better. The Weelee team first explained the process, then guided us through it. We got an offer that was unexpectedly good and beat the other company. The buyers were decent people. Weelee monitored the progress of the sale the entire way through, so it was a safe environment. The payment was done on the spot. The guys were compassionate and drove old Ziggy off respectfully. It was a totally amazing supportive process. The men on the Weelee phone lines were fantastic - notably Ruan and Dylan. Thankyou Weelee team!
After a week of refreshingly fantastic service from people in various environments throughout the Cape Town and surrounding areas we visited, we experienced a completely opposing level of service at Mango's check-in counter at Cape Town airport. The check-in lady was abrupt, distracted, did not answer my question as to the reason why 3 of us could not be seated together - although this was not a problem I wanted to know why for future reference as we had not checked in late - she snatched our identification documents then snapped for the missing one which she already had. She then slammed our boarding passes on the counter (still no explanation for the seating issue); I then noted that one of 3 boarding passes was missing a baggage sticker, and I had received a boarding pass for a fourth person unknown to me. When I pointed out to her that there were 3 of us and I had 4 boarding passes she snapped back and rudely demanded first that I give it back to her, then secondly demanded that I give everything back. There was no please whatsoever. When I noted the lack of \please\" she asked if there was a problem. I indicated that it looked like there was, she suddenly became apologetic."
