ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! If you can lie, you can *****! quintinn **** at a trustee meeting and then at a general meeting with many owners present! He also took an absurd increase for himself and select service providers! WHICH he got trustees to sign for!!! This is exactly why we cannot afford to get projects done in our complex! RUN while you can, do not let ryse or quintin run your complex DOWN!!

My experience with Quintin Ferreira, in his capacity as managing agent for our body corporate, has been persistently unsatisfactory and has materially undermined confidence in the administration of the scheme. Reliability of information Owners are entitled to accurate, verifiable reporting. In my dealings, statements were made that were later contradicted or could not be substantiated by contemporaneous evidence. For example, I was informed that an insurance claim had already been submitted and rejected, yet no proof of submission was provided when requested. The claim was only submitted after repeated demands for documentary confirmation. Special levy and scheme funds There have also been irreconcilable representations regarding the scheme’s finances. I was advised that sufficient funds were available in the body corporate’s bank account from the special levy, and thereafter that no funds were available. Special levy receipts and their application must be capable of immediate verification against the scheme’s accounting records and bank statements, with a clear audit trail. Management agreement Despite repeated requests, I have not received a clear, written response or feedback regarding the management agreement. That is an unacceptable omission in circumstances where the managing agent’s mandate and performance standards must be transparent to owners. Communication and responsiveness Communication is routinely delayed. Messages are read, yet responses follow only after unreasonable intervals, with no meaningful explanation and no sense of urgency. On any objective measure, this standard of administration falls short of what owners may reasonably expect. I cannot recommend his services.

This is a terrible company to look after complex and tenants, is been 3 weeks we are struggling to get out gates remotes control setup to operate the gate. The management don't respond to calls or emails, no service at all. This is terrible for us living at Wilbur woods.

If I could give them a zero I would. Quintin is *********** and a ****. No response to multiple emails. No response to my request for the minutes to the AGM. No response to my request for the trustees' details. I reported a second leak to Quintin after a week of no response I got a reply saying that the contractor had been out on a Sunday to assess the leak. I was at home the whole day and nobody had checked anything. When I eventually got the contractors details, he knew nothing about the leak. Us ryse managing agents at your own peril.

Please be aware that these "agents" do not reply to requests, not even to Trustees! I am accumulating requests for the past two years that I have sent and am at two FULL pages that I am taking to CSOS to have sorted out! Including but not limited to requests for spending, etc. In my opinion, they are unprofessional and not helpful AT ALL!!! ;(

Please be aware that these "agents" do not reply to requests, not even to Trustees! I am accumulating requests for the past two years that I have sent and am at two FULL pages that I am taking to CSOS to have sorted out! Including but not limited to requests for spending, etc. In my opinion, they are unprofessional and not helpful AT ALL!!! ;(
