DISGUSTING news cafe Emperors Palace and franchise!!!
If I could give news cafe franchise a MINUS RATING! I would! We went to Emperors Palace - news cafe on Christmas day. I recommended that we go early, to avoid the rush, get good service and good food, then take a walk through the Casino. (R1600 for two people) WELL, DISGUSTING doesn't even cut it! We contacted their H.O (which is apparently in Edenvale, close to us) soon after the ORDEAL!!! on 13 January, Yashantha ASSURED us that the regional operational manager would revert SOONEST! This F()(ked up our whole Christmas day! we ended up going home both ****ED OFF! DISGUSTING FOOD and bad service!!! Today is 22 Feb 2026 - almost TWO MONTHS LATER!!! And we have yet to hear from ANYONE from news cafe??? AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Ryse managing agents DISGUSTING
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! If you can lie, you can *****! quintinn **** at a trustee meeting and then at a general meeting with many owners present! He also took an absurd increase for himself and select service providers! WHICH he got trustees to sign for!!! This is exactly why we cannot afford to get projects done in our complex! RUN while you can, do not let ryse or quintin run your complex DOWN!!

KFC Kyalami Downs disgraceful store!!!
DISGRACEFULL KFC!!! We need to be able to give MINUS stars review! YET AGAIN KFC Kyalami does not deliver. It is past DISGUSTING that such a well respected international company is SO BADLY represented and DISGRACED by the Kyalami down store!!!

USELESS!!!The Kyalami store seldomly has what you order and when you phone their "careline" on 0860100222 they DON'T EVEN FOLLOW UP!!! I wish we could change the store to the more reliable Chicken Licken!

Terrible service
Please be aware that these "agents" do not reply to requests, not even to Trustees! I am accumulating requests for the past two years that I have sent and am at two FULL pages that I am taking to CSOS to have sorted out! Including but not limited to requests for spending, etc. In my opinion, they are unprofessional and not helpful AT ALL!!! ;(

DISGSUETING QUEST CLAIMS SOLUTIONS
I finally got to own a Merc and after only five months, a client of quest, turned out in front of me and wrote my car off, He admitted to it being his fault and with video footage, quest still denied this! I lost R70 K as a result of their POOR JUDGEMENT! A friend of mine has also just lost R19K through quest bad judgement! DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL!!!

DISGUSTING ram 'hand to hand'!!!
I am still waiting for a delivery from this MOST PATHETIC company! I don't know how a company of such repute as Vodacom can rely on this PATHETIC and DISGUSTING "service" from a 'company' that actually advertises on national platforms! to call ram hand to hand 'useless' is a compliment beyond belief. DON'T USE ram hand to hand... they do not know what that means!!! If t6his was an emergency, someone could DIE!

DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM ram hand to hand!?!?!?
There should be a MINUS RATING for companies!!! I would give this PATHETIC USELESS "service" a MINUS FIVE STAR RATING!!! I have NEVER seen such ridiculous behavior before??? Bring back the postal service! At least they were somewhat reliable and got addresses correct! Isando and Fourways are WORLDS APART! I am actually flabbergasted that they actually expect payment?!

ram hand to hand PATHETIC, DISGUSTING POOR "service" !!!
Giving them one star is only because one cannot go to MINUS stars!!! I have never experienced such PATHETIC DISGUSTING POOR 'service'!!! they expect to be paid for this ridiculous, uncaring messing around of clients. The parcel was supposed to be delivered at 3 pm and we are still waiting at 16:37. We tried calling in and have been on hold for close on an hour, having had to call back THREE times!!! all one hears is sorry for keeping you waiting, our ram agents will assist you shortly. DON'T EVER USE THIS PATHETIC "SERVICE" they have NO IDEA!!! and for GOD's sake don't even think about emergency parcels!!!

Disgusting Wimpy branch
We went to Wimpy Atlas two months ago to try experience their roadhouse, what a disaster! Then went back for a second chance to their sit down (being in the area) even WORSE! SO a third try, last weekend, was THE LAST!!! The worst dining experience Ever! service, food and portions ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! My 'crispy burger was horrible and my partner left hungry after on of their 'signature breakfasts!
