DISGUSTING news cafe Emperors Palace and franchise!!!
If I could give news cafe franchise a MINUS RATING! I would! We went to Emperors Palace - news cafe on Christmas day. I recommended that we go early, to avoid the rush, get good service and good food, then take a walk through the Casino. (R1600 for two people) WELL, DISGUSTING doesn't even cut it! We contacted their H.O (which is apparently in Edenvale, close to us) soon after the ORDEAL!!! on 13 January, Yashantha ASSURED us that the regional operational manager would revert SOONEST! This F()(ked up our whole Christmas day! we ended up going home both ****ED OFF! DISGUSTING FOOD and bad service!!! Today is 22 Feb 2026 - almost TWO MONTHS LATER!!! And we have yet to hear from ANYONE from news cafe??? AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
