On 14 February 2023 at 12h20 I received an e-mail confirming an account opened and purchase made on my ID number. I have never heard, nor dealt with this company before. I proceded to contact their call centre and were barely assisted. Consultant put me through to their fraud department, but line went silent after holding for approx. 15 minutes. I ended the call. I phoned back today and after 6 attempts I eventially got through to their fraud department. I was advised that account was blocked and no good would be dispatched. I requested e-mail confirmation of this, but received nothing. They did confirm no ID was received and no other documents, however, I am not sure that this matter will be dealt with correctly as everyone I spoke to (when they answered the phone) was extremely unprofessional. Since 14 Feb, I have also received a scan whatsapp from a lady calling herself Annika Bandile, from Sandton City JHB, wanting to sell me some scam bussiness opportunity as well as several attempts from fraudsters to get my e-mail passwords as well as Whatsapp password Be very careful!!!!!!
Lion Carts and Zack Johnson is one huge scam. My husband contacted 'Zack' since last week to buy a golf cart for us. Today (10.02.20) he stared getting suspicious of Zack's behaviour ehen he phones. My hubby found a man whose address which was supposed to be in the same street as Lion Carts. The genteleman agreed to assist and drove up and down the street in search of the place and found NOTHING. My hubby phoned tjis Zack to ask him about this and Zack dropped the phone on him and thereafter would'nt take his calls. I phoned the number off my phone this afternoon and Zack answered, sounded like a foreigner. On Truecaller his number displayed as Scammer Golf Carts. Be carefull!!!!!
