We had our internet since 2019 and when ever you phone to log a query regarding your internet not working you hold on for 30 to 40 minutes and then get cut off after this period of holding. It is not a problem debiting my account for payment but the service is so poor when you have a problem. We are working from home and this is how we get our salaries to afford to pay the company and then this is the service our get from them. If you don't pay your service get cut but if you have no internet you don't get a discount how does that work.
