Great Service
I would like to thank the staff at Donald Gordon medical center. The treatment that i received there was world class from the receptionist,nurses night duty nurses.including Doctor Ian Grant. I was well taken care of. At night its peaceful and quiet staff dont make noise, you able to sleep and rest. Please keep up the good work. May the good Lord keep on blessing you in helping us patients with love and care.

Bad service from medicall center
I visited the doctor premises this morning I arrived at 11:05 the reception area was full I then put my name down on the list of people to see the doctor. I then decided to go home and sleep as I was in pain and couldn't stay.i then went back 2hours later and the receptionist informed me that my turn has passed, and that I will need to start all over again.i told the lady that I couldnt stay as I was in pain hence why I decided to go home and sleep.i asked to see the doctor but I was told ill see the doctor when its my turn.i dont know anything about that rule there is notice of that rule at the reception area.that should my turn miss me ill then have to start all over again.This was my second time going to that doctor as I recently moved to that area. Im very very angry no one deserves to be treated like that especially when you in pain.they must just distroy my file as my family and I will no longer be going there anymore.That receptionist lady didn't show any remorse what so ever the least was she could have emphasized to me.some people needs training for customer care. She needs to know that she works with patients and patients dont need to be in an argument.
