When will you assist with ***** case - when all the money is gone?
Why would you have to wait 2 hours and still await on the phone to hear this tune running forever just to get someone after 2 hours to put you through to another number to hear this same tune again...for another hour! This to get someone to be able to assist with a blocked card due to suspected *****. The most impressive part of this is that if you go to your local branch they are not able to assist!!! With the cost involved to run a business account this is really not acceptable. Of course the reply will be we are so sorry and we will try our best to assist like in all the other reviews linked to this bank but behold - nothing seems to ever change...STANDARD BANK WE EXPECT BETTER FROM YOU6 replies
