Scam artist
Very unprofessional and unethical He did not meet for the appointment scheduled. He did not call to explain or cancel. I paid him R 750.00 as per the quotation he emailed me. I emailed him.he has not replied. He is quite happy to take money from people but not provide the services. Definitely a scam artist. Please be aware. He has advertised for services that he will never be able to provide.he is not at all capable of doing what he advertises.

Adt - bad service
I gave ADT one months notice in writing. I have emailed and called them to request that they remove the Alarm system and radio as soon as possible, as the new owners do not want an alarm system. ADT have not bothered to contact me to arrange removal of the alarm. The new owners have since moved in. I keep on emailing and calling ADT, but they cannot confirm when they will remove the alarm. It's been almost 5 weeks.

Terrible service from Telkom
My aunt has an LTE Wifi router with Telkom. Its only the 9th of December ,and she has no data available. She is supposed to have 10 GB day and 10GB night. She does not have a lot of apps on her phone and does not download movies. We have been to Telkom Carnival and Telkom East Rand Mall. No one can advise or assist her as to where her data went or what it was used on. There is no data left but she was told by the Telkom sales person to upload an app which will be able to tell what happened to the data. what data can she use? I have called 081 180 a few times. I have waited 20 minutes each time before I was connected to a "customer Service operator" who also could not assist be and has no customer s****s whatsoever. She told me to call 10213 or 10210. The number does not even ring. I have been on line and the person who assisted me could not and disconnected our conversation. Again no customer s****s!!!! So my question is where is the customer service after care? No one is able to assist and we have no data but we are paying anyway. Please can someone call my aunt and resolve this? ********** . Alternatively we will cancel our contracts with Telkom.
