Ordered and fully paid for two srandard couches at Menlyn branch. It's been three months since and not a single word from Leather Gallery. Mr Adams at the branch is unable / unwilling to help and referred us to head office. No one answers the customer queries phone number. If you get through to any other section the employee refers you back to the branch. The emails goes unanswered. The so called 'consultants' that bombard you with marketing **** as soon as you open the website does not or cannot help either and refuse to give out any alternative email addresses or phone numbers save for the ones on the website which is clearly ignored. This place doesn't care about their customers, they don't provide feedback about the progress of your order and will ignore you as soon as you paid. Fancy showrooms with **** customer service.
Great service from Fiat Montana from Dawid Zeelie, Riaan Lamprecht and David. Accommodating me on a Saturday to fit a replacement radio/navigation system and going all out to get the replacement part.
