THREATENING LETTER / LEGAL ACTION
I have been a loyal customer with Vodacom for more than 25 years, some nameless person from Vodacom has sent me a threating letter with legal action, have requesting from them a statement and invoice for the account in question, so far I have not received any reply, so that I can see where the problem lies and do a payment. VERY, VERY POOR SERVICE ETC
If I had my way, I would not even give them a 1 Star rating. In the more than 20 years that I have been going to this Casbar, this is the worst place to go and eat. The service is none existing, the staff are rude and useless. We went to Casbah last week to order a Pizza, we were told 1 hour which we said was fine, when we came back we were told another 45 minutes which is unacceptable. We were told that there were other customers in front, which is BULL, when we got there, there were no other customers. The food is not even what it should be and the menu is not what should be for a Casbar Roadhouse. Unless there are new owners / management/ staff, I will not be going back and I will not refer anyone to this Casbar. I am not the only one feels this way. RUBBISH SERVICE

Bad Service
I ordered some Capsules from Empty Capsules Home Capsuling Suppliers - on the 2nd March 2020 sent an email to say that the order was on its way and supplied a Tracking Number. Up today I have not received the order and the Courier Company say that the Tracking Number does not exist. I am also not getting much joy from them regarding this order. I J M Maree

<p>KULULA.COM AIRLINES FLIGHT BOOKING CENTRE SHOULD GET A MEDAL FOR EMPLOYING THE MOST INEFFICENT STAFF OF ANY AIRLINE WE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. SOME ALSO HAVE A SERIOUS PROBLEM IN UNDERDTANDING AND COMMUNICATIONG IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE. ALSO WHEN ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER WE ARE TOLD THAT IT WOULD NOT HELP TO SOLVE OUR QUERY / PROBLEM, BECAUSE THE MANAGER WOULD GIVE US THE SAME ANSWER. THUS FOLKS, RATHER PAY MORE FOR YOUR TICKET AND FLY WITH ANY OTHER AIRLINE - I J M MAREE</p>
