I have booked for a massage promo that is due to expire this December, upon booking I couldn't select a flexible date however I wrote a note to say that I would like my date to be open, I have tried three times to redeem my booking voucher that I have already paid for but iam being taken from pillar to post
I bought takeaway breakfast at Casbah gezina and as I was busy eating, I came across a fly and immediately threw up. Two hours later I took the food back to Casbah and all "uncle" was worried about was to make me something equivalent to the price I paid, no apology no nothing after such inconvinience and the justification was that the flies are harmless and from lights as if that is inexcusable, pathetic service i received and will never buy there again
My husband bought a fridge at Makro Wonderboom on the 23 October and it was delivered on Friday the 25.Saturday late we switched it on and Sunday we bought groceries, when we opened the fridge only the freezer was working and the top part wasn't. We gave it time until Tuesday morning and all the perishables were rotten, after work we went there to lodge a complain and they were closed. Wednesday we went there and they told me that the particular brand was problematic, question was why do you guys sell a fridge worth R4200 whereas you know it's default. The Manger promised to bring me a fridge the following day which was Thursday after I have topped up and took another brand. Thursday the fridge ddnt come as promised by the manager even after I told him that my food was rotten already. Friday that is only when I received my fridge and that time more items were rotten. I did not receive even a phone call to apologize or informing me of the delay. The financial loss, inconvinience and bad customer service we received is disgusting for a R5000 sale
