Horrible service.
Took my new car in for hail damage at Zambezi arc and when collecting my car they had replaced my new car key battery with a flat one and had ****** both my retractable boot covers and replaced them with old grey ones. Complained several times for them to return all my originals but till today they giving me a run around. BMW Sa was informed but they were adamant they didn’t do that. If they can ***** those things imagine what they do to our engines when they go for repairs. I hate this place. They must close shop because they really cause unnecessary stress. I’ll never take my car there for anything.

I'd like to commend Miway insurance for the great service I'm receiving from them lately. I spoke to Tholakele Mtshali who understood my request and assisted me in a great way. She then transferred me to her senior who is Mr Itumeleng Matlhare who was also great help. They both made my day. Stay pleasant. Thank you

I'd like to commend two gentlemen from Miway who were so pleasant and assisted me to my greatest satisfaction. I initially spoke to Nhlanhla Mabizela who was very friendly and he then escalated my call to his senior insurance consultant, Mpho Rabele, who was also very friendly yet professional. Thank you guys for the great service.

Miway great service
I'd like to share my great experience while dealing with Sifiso Moeketsi regarding my policy. He was so efficient and assisted me with so much professionalism and enthusiasm. I managed to get a value for money deal of which is rare these days. Thank you Sifiso for your having a great personality and managging to call me back when the line cut off. Keep on shining.

Zuki fashion a huge fraudster!!!!!!
The biggest scammer alive. This Zuki person gets me so infuriated. I saw her posts online then enquired and she confirmed that she had the bag I wanted then I made the deposit to her capitec account and she confirmed receipt of the money. After that she promised to deliver in 4 days coz of lockdown and that was the last I heard from her. She didn't deliver till today and I did the transfer two months ago. Shes such a fraudster. Now she completely ignores my texts to her and unfortunately still continues to post new stock on social media. STAY AWAY FROM THAT PERSON!!! You'll regret it like I am.

Thank to Kgahliso from Miway insurance for the greatest service. We had issues with the network but you didnt in any way give me a negative attitude. You stayed calm and professional and even called me back when the line cut off. Thank you so much. Keep shining.
