I don’t even have in words how terrible the service is .. i was promised 8 to 10 days to complete the job .. a month later i am still told to wait for few more days .. i was told they received wrong bonnet then they received a damaged one.. when i queried how it happened with them having all the car details they changed the story .. now i am stranded with no car and they do not care .. i had to extend car rental days still car is not ready .. as long they get their payment from the insurance is okay for them ..i have to call countless time for updates or send an email reminder for it .. if you ever recommended to take your car there please do not do it ..they receive the insurance money and take their precious time to comolete the job .

I took my BMW 3-series to Zambesi ARC for repairs after an accident, trusting them as a "BMW-approved" center recommended by my insurer. After waiting five weeks, one week longer than promised. Got there, the front light still had scratches from the accident, something the agent, Christiaan Heyneke, missed despite claiming a thorough inspection. He promised to fix it on the spot, which didn’t inspire much confidence. To make matters worse, the climate control was broken when I got the car back, only blowing cold air. Christiaan dismissed it, saying they couldn’t pick it up in their system and basically told me I was on my own. When I asked for help, he said I could leave the car but couldn’t guarantee how long they’d take to fix it. Now, he’s ignoring my calls. I’ve lost all trust in their ability to fix my vehicle and will never use Zambesi ARC again. This place is not worth the hassle! Not sure why they are BMW approved. Tarnishing the BMW brand

My car was with Zambezi ARC since the 24th April for repair. I was called on the 14th July around 4pm to collect my car . I collected my car around 16:30pm but the front pumper was very dirty. When I arrived home, I immediately washed the car and noticed some marks on the pumper and some scratches on the car which weren't there before. I immediately went back but unfortunately it was closed. Tuesday the 18th i went back and the gentleman by the name of (Ihsaam) assessed the car and told me they will need 5 days to repaint the front pumper and fix other scraches ,he said that i must come back Monday(24th June) as that week was a short week. To my surprised i went there today,24th June and they refused to fix the car. He came with two other gentlemen, and I was told they won't fix my car .

Disappointed customer, bad service from Zambezi ARC. My car was booked in and it's 1 month and 2 weeks., and this people keep on saying the car is in for painting but they are lying. This is really unacceptable and the service is very bad. They don't keep us up to date we have to contact them. If they not waiting for spares then it is something else. Yesterday they said we can't get the car today (Friday). We need the car and it must be fixed as we pay for it. This is ***ken really unacceptable 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 poor service really. I will never recommend them to anyone, they even on a bad list at Miway. 🤬🤬 Even the managers are so unprofessional, lying lying lying. They don't know how to talk to their customers as well. I need someone to contact me and let me know that I can come and fetch my car. 0722210518

Took my new car in for hail damage at Zambezi arc and when collecting my car they had replaced my new car key battery with a flat one and had ****** both my retractable boot covers and replaced them with old grey ones. Complained several times for them to return all my originals but till today they giving me a run around. BMW Sa was informed but they were adamant they didn’t do that. If they can ***** those things imagine what they do to our engines when they go for repairs. I hate this place. They must close shop because they really cause unnecessary stress. I’ll never take my car there for anything.

My wife was involved in a minor accident on the 16th of July 2023. I lodged a claim with Momentum as her right rear tyre was skew. The first thing that the advisor at Momentum asks me when lodging a claim is to rate his service, my wife was just in an accident 10 minutes before! The vehicle was towed, and I did not receive a single call or update until this morning of the 26th of July 2023. The repair work was approved. The issue was that now the quote was for over R12 000 for bodywork and spray work, nothing related to the tyre. I then went to the panel beater (Zambesi ARC) who now told me that I mustn't take food out of their mouth as they have to quote something to be repaired. I requested to view my vehicle, when they then came driving around with my car with the damaged tyre. The damage they claimed on the body was a scuff mark which I removed with my nail. Why was it then towed if they are driving the vehicle!!! There was NO DAMAGE to the areas that they wanted to spray and repair. I then called Momentum to lodge a complaint and bring this under their attention. The team manager was rude to me at first and asked me what do I want them to do? I must then take my car and go assess it myself. After a long discussion and them finding out that I am also actually a claims assessor by profession they agreed to re asses the vehicle and provide me with feedback again. This is an inflation of the claim, and downright *****. They are now saying that the damages might only be wheel alignment which would have cost me R350. How can you trust an insurer who inflates claims and then expect you to pay the excess of R5000. They also told me that the assessor got to his estimate from photos of the vehicle and did not even look at the vehicle itself, and they never even assessed the actual damage which was the right rear tyre. The advisor at Momentum is Oratile, the assessor at Zambesi ARC is Thabiso. Be very very careful doing business with Momentum Insure and Zambesi ARC. You will pay for things unrelated to your actual problem. I am truly disappointed to find myself in this position after claiming from a huge insurer. I now have a claim on my name, my vehicle is still standing at Zambesi ARC after a week and now everything must be re-done from scratch! Had to collect my vehicle from them today, nothing done. Wheel still skew, told that I can drive the car and go fix it myself.

Zambesi ARC had my vehicle for repairs and it was disastrous, after a complaint lodge with the insurance and a meeting between them, the assessor and me it was agreed in June that they will order the parts and that I would bring the vehicle back in august for a few days to finalize. If you get any feedback it is because you need to go there in person, phones does not work. The vehicle has now been there for 3 weeks with still no result

Zambesi ARC had my vehicle for repairs and it was disastrous, after a complaint lodge with the insurance and a meeting between them, the assessor and me it was agreed in June that they will order the parts and that I would bring the vehicle back in august for a few days to finalize. If you get any feedback it is because you need to go there in person, phones does not work. The vehicle has now been there for 3 weeks with still no result
