A delivery was due to me, Lesibana phoned me that he could not find the place. When they took the order a pin was included for their convenience. When I told him to use the pin he rep**** that he does not have data. I told him to get data and try again. This type of service is unacceptable for a company like takealot
Since DSTV started selling life policies etc. I receive 10 plus spam calls a day. I already have DSTV and am not interested in any other products from them. This is harassment and they should delete my NR from their calling list. Unfortunately they only have places to buy and contact them on the web. No email or any way to get hold of them directly. DSTV/Multichoice your website and service stinks. I have a premium subscription and numerous occasions tried to get streaming but are just being send from one office to another with no result
I send a laptop that is 13 years old from Pretoria to Namibia to my daughter to use. It is a gift and if valued not worth more than maybe R800 to R1000. For the purpose of this transaction is has no value. Firstly it is a gift and secondly it is part of my office equipment to be used in Namibia as I have branches in Pretoria and Hentiesbay(Nam) The team leader in Namibia Hilda Van Der Merwe cannot clear the item at customs as they have decided the value is R10 000. The replacement value today. I suspect someone is in the process to ***** the worthless item
I installed a unit during 2019 and were very impressed with the performance and fuel consumption. The unit failed to function properly two weeks ago and I sent it back. I have already received it back in good working order. If you need more performance or fuel consumption, Racechip is the way to go Thanks Wesley
During April 2022 we moved the tracking to Cartrack due to bad service from the previous provider. They installed in three vehicles. I contacted them to downgrade the packages which according to them were fine. They started making appointments to redo the installations but never arrived for the appointment. The last appointment was confirmed on 14th December 2022 at 15h00 by SMS for the following day. Up to now no one pitched and no one phoned. A vehicle was stolen on 28th September 2022 but it is still on the account. When they lobbied for our business they told us that they cover an additional R 150,000 if the vehicle could not be found by them. When I tried to inquire about this they put me through to various people and nobody could help me. Just as a warning to new clients: They lie during the initial phase about the extra cover. They have no customer service or admin system that works. Maybe you should look elsewhere for tracking
I bought ultra energy lithium ion batteries from them with a certificate for a 7 year guarantee. I have returned single batteries at various occasions (actually 13 times). I took 2 batteries in for repairs and requested that the owner, Gerrit should phone me to ensure that we make arrangements to synchronize the batteries as this is needed. He is the only person at this enterprise that seems to know something about solar. I was in the shop and still he would not talk to me. According to Ritchard he is to busy. Please be warned: DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE you are going to loose it
Zambesi ARC had my vehicle for repairs and it was disastrous, after a complaint lodge with the insurance and a meeting between them, the assessor and me it was agreed in June that they will order the parts and that I would bring the vehicle back in august for a few days to finalize. If you get any feedback it is because you need to go there in person, phones does not work. The vehicle has now been there for 3 weeks with still no result
