Disappointed customer, bad service from Zambezi ARC. My car was booked in and it's 1 month and 2 weeks., and this people keep on saying the car is in for painting but they are lying. This is really unacceptable and the service is very bad. They don't keep us up to date we have to contact them. If they not waiting for spares then it is something else. Yesterday they said we can't get the car today (Friday). We need the car and it must be fixed as we pay for it. This is ***ken really unacceptable 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 poor service really. I will never recommend them to anyone, they even on a bad list at Miway. 🤬🤬 Even the managers are so unprofessional, lying lying lying. They don't know how to talk to their customers as well. I need someone to contact me and let me know that I can come and fetch my car. 0722210518
Very very upset client, with very bad service at KFC Silverton. Gave my order and decided to change it before I can pay, but the lady that help me were very rude. Tell me with an attitude that now I want to change my order after she already put it in, but I have not paid yet. If this is what customer service is then you might close the KFC in silverton. The service is very bad and I will not recommend people to go and buy there. Poor service and poor customer service.
Hi, I would like to put a complain in about Russells funiture shop in Silverton. I bought a bedroom set cash, and when they delivered it, there was a whole on top of the mirror. I did report it and after 5 days they bring a dressing table, which was wrong because there was nothing wrong with it. After i report it again the next day, they still didn't replace it. They want to replace it 5 days after that. I went to the store to tell them that I don't want it anymore and they must come and collect it. After 3 day they came and collect it. It's been 3 weeks now after they say they will deposit my money in my account, but i'm am still waiting. The lady said it will take about 7 days. This is really unacceptable and the client service were very bad. I contact them today to hear when i will receive my money and they don't come back to me as promise. This is really unacceptable, This is also not the first complain i heard that Russels in Silverton are giving there clients problems. I need this to be resolved today, and my money in my bank account. Very upset client.
