I don’t even have in words how terrible the service is .. i was promised 8 to 10 days to complete the job .. a month later i am still told to wait for few more days .. i was told they received wrong bonnet then they received a damaged one.. when i queried how it happened with them having all the car details they changed the story .. now i am stranded with no car and they do not care .. i had to extend car rental days still car is not ready .. as long they get their payment from the insurance is okay for them ..i have to call countless time for updates or send an email reminder for it .. if you ever recommended to take your car there please do not do it ..they receive the insurance money and take their precious time to comolete the job .
Tracker do not care about their clients and their cars as long as they making money and you pay them . I lodged a complain about their unit causing a battery drainage to my car . I have been struggling with battery issues for over 3 months . Battery centre told me my battery is fine .i called tracker to come and check their unit as i was advised to . Till today i am still waiting for scheduling team to make an appointment. When i call i am being put on hold or being told they will call me before the end of the day . I am thinking of shifting my business elsewhere if they can not help with such minor issue imagine when your car gets stollen.. do not trust this business..
I am not happy with Idirect, they have been having my claim since beginning of December, yet till today i am told they still trying to get hold of the 3rd party, i submitted everything to then and send them accident report beginning of December yet i am being taken from pillar to post ..i do not feel safe in the car anymore and i was told they will only hire a car for me once they take in the car for repair.. no one seem to be interested in helping me ..i have been calling in everyday and being put on hold for 15 minutes before i get help . I just want my car to be fixed .. even the assessor was surprised that they still haven’t finalised my claim.
The worst insurance company ever, i have been left on hold for over an hour for two days in a row and no help . They increased my premiums and my insurance excess and now they are no where to be found when i have to discuss that with then. I do not advise anyone to take Idirect insurance.. they are day light ****mers. Easy when they offer insurance they will call 100 times and answer quickly hard when you have to talk to them about your policy. I can imagine how hard it will be when you have to report or claim your insurance. DO NOT TAKE AN IDIRECT INSURANCE!!!!!
The worst dealership ever Edenvile branch , they take advantage of women.especially if you don’t pay attention to details.they sold me a car with damaged tyre ,that was using spare tyre. And a lot of damages and defaults.When i send videos complaining i was promised a new tyre only to be given a spare tyre that is old again . I was helped by a guy called Marc made a lot of promises and looked like he is hands on, only to fail to deliver the tyre they promised me. I don’t want to mention the manager they call him Lebau, so arrogant he told me straight up that they won’t replace the tyre. My advice to anyone who was planning to buy with them.DO NOT DO IT . If you are a lady is worse and also is even worse when you are a black lady . They will make you feel like you are in warm hands until they have account worst decision i have ever made.i am even planning on doing ombudsman route or xr
The experience was amazing, i was helped by Mark he is an amazing sale person. He goes over and beyond, patient and understanding. He made my experience very lovely and i love the car. Thank you soo much primo Executive Cars.
