*1/5 Stars - Appalling Customer Service!* I'm writing this review as a last resort after being completely ignored by the company despite multiple emails and calls. My watch (Order #48786), still under warranty, developed a defect with the glass falling out and cracking. Simple enough issue, right? Wrong! My initial email was met with deafening silence. No response, no acknowledgement, nothing. I followed up with multiple calls, which went straight to voicemail. It's clear that this company doesn't value their customers or stand behind their products. The lack of communication and disregard for my issue is shocking. If you're considering purchasing from this company, think twice! Their warranty is essentially worthless, and you'll be left high and dry like me. *Update:* Still waiting for a response... crickets. *DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR BUSINESS!*
I emailed to cancel my contract 25 May 2021. I have still being charged and they never have people to answer their phones. Customer service is the worst. You get exactly what you pay for. Please cancel this contract et me know when you are refunding me.
I called in to update my insurance detail. After updating my risk address , my premiums had increased by R150. I was then referred to Simon Scott and he immediately said he would make my day and discounted my premiums by R159 from what I was originally paying. That made my day! Simon Scott, YOU ROCK!
